Iced Petals & Fog Latte
Share
The Iced Petals & Fog Latte is made for slow afternoons and quiet resets.
An oversteeped blend of First Light and Still Blooming poured over tea cubes and softened with chilled milk — floral, citrusy, and unexpectedly bright with every sip.
Ingredients
For the concentrate (makes 3 drinks):
- 1 tbsp Moonwell’s First Light
- 1 tbsp Moonwell’s Still Blooming
- 16 oz hot water
For one iced latte:
- 6 oz brewed concentrate
- Tea ice cubes
- ½ cup + milk of choice
- ½–1 tsp vanilla syrup (to taste)
Ritual
To make the concentrate:
- Heat water to 200–205°F
- Steep First Light and Still Blooming for 8–10 minutes for a richer brew
- Strain and allow to cool completely
- Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
To make one iced latte:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes
- Pour 6 oz chilled concentrate over ice
- Stir in vanilla syrup
- Froth cold milk and gently pour over tea
Optional: freeze leftover concentrate into cubes to keep future lattes bold and undiluted
Tip: when making the hot latte version, make a larger batch of tea and allow what’s notice used to steep longer then refrigerate to enjoy the iced version the next day.
A small pause, thoughtfully offered.
