Lavender Morning

The Lavender Morning is made for slow starts and softened light.
An Earl Grey layered with honey, warm milk, and frothed lavender syrup — floral, creamy, and gently citrusy with a calm, lingering finish.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Moonwell’s First Light
- 8 oz hot water
- 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tbsp lavender syrup (or to taste)
Ritual
- Heat water to 195–205°F
- Steep gently for 3–4 minutes
- Sweeten with honey, to taste
- Add lavender syrup to milk and froth softly
- Pour lavender milk slowly over the tea
Optional: finish with a light dusting of dried lavender.
